Crystal Ridge Golf Club is a 9-hole golf course, 18 hole-mini golf, restaurant and event facility. During the golf season (April to October) we require many staff to keep the operation running. PRO SHOP MANAGER

CRYSTAL RIDGE HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED. FOR A RESULTS-DRIVEN, CUSTOMER-FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TO MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF OUR GOLF SERVICES INCLUDING PRO SHOP, LEAGUES, TOURNAMENTS, TEE TIMES, MARSHALLING AND MINIGOLF.
This job calls for outstanding people skills, strong organizational and leadership experience, the ability to manage and motivate a team, computer skills, and a love of golf. Of additional value would be POS and retail management experience.
This is a permanent seasonal role (March-October) and offers golf, meal and clothing allowances and privileges.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT CRYSTAL RIDGE

GOLF OPERATIONS

Includes Pro Shop, Back Shop, and Marshal/Starter positions. All Pro Shop staff must have current ProServe.

RESTAURANT

Includes serving for Restaurant, Banquets, Functions, and Tournaments. Must have ProServe.

KITCHEN

Includes chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers for Restaurant, Banquets, Functions, and Tournaments.

TURF CARE

Includes all turf care/maintenance on golf course grounds. Mowing, trimming, grooming, and more.
